IV International Workshop on Science, Technology, and Gender: Bodies and Differences

Madrid, 24-26 de Noviembre de 2009

El  seminario tendrá lugar del 24 al 26 de noviembre de 2009 en el Centro de Ciencias Humanas y Sociales del CSIC (http://www.cchs.csic.es/) y contará con la participación de Annemarie Mol (U. Amsterdam), Helen Longino (Stanford Univ.), Valerie Miner (Standford Univ.), Eulalia Pérez Sedeño (CSIC), Carmen Romero Bachiller (UCM), Silvia García Dauder (URJC), Sven Bergmann (Humboldt Univ.), Olga Bustos (UNAM, México) . Para este encuentro invitamos a que envíen propuestas a quienes deseen colaborar en el Workshop con la presentación de una ponencia.

Para ello, se deberá enviar una breve resúmen de 500 palabras (en inglés o español) y además bibliografía, a la dirección más abajo indicada antes del 5 de Octubre de 2009. En el resumen se indicará el título de la ponencia y en hoja separada, de nuevo el título, nombre y apellidos, email y dirección, además de la institución a la que se pertenece (si procede).

The Seminar of Science and Technologies of the Body from a STS perspective opens a call for papers and collaborations to participate in the Workshop

IV International Workshop on Science, Technology, and Gender: Bodies and Differences

Madrid, November 24-26  2009

The Workshop will take place from Tuesday the 24th to the afternoon of the 26th of november 2009 at the Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, Spanish Scientific Research Council (http://www.cchs.csic.es/). The participants that have confirmed their contributions are: Annemarie Mol (U. Amsterdam), Helen Longino (Stanford Univ.), Valerie Miner (Standford Univ.), Eulalia Pérez Sedeño (CSIC), Carmen Romero Bachiller (UCM), Silvia García Dauder (URJC), Sven Bergmann (Humboldt Univ.), Olga Bustos (UNAM, México) .

We invite contributions to the Workshop. Please send an Abstract of 500 words plus bibliography before the 5^th of October of 2009 to the adress below. Please include in a separate sheet your name, title of the paper, email and adress, and the institution you work with (if).
