Those who are interested, please simply write your first name, last name, profession and affiliation (geographical and/or institutional) and send the message back to :

barbaraformis@free.fr  and geraldine.gourbe@wanadoo.fr

Please, send it around you

thanks in advance

Barbara Formis and Géraldine Gourbe

Dear PSI organisers,

We’d like to express our gratitude for your organization and production of the compelling and rich 12th session of the Performance Studies Conference on “Performing Rights”. The participants found this session to be both dense and powerful. In this regard, we would like to provide our own contribution. We suggest the project of a publication of the papers that were delivered during the 4 days. Once the traces of  individual and collective reflections are made available for all, they could help sustain the theoretical, militant and artistic “usages” of performing rights. Participants were unable to attend each of the round tables and a publication would satisfy and fulfil the exigencies of sharing knowledge. We consider it important to circulate and disseminate the ideas and discourses that emerged during the event.

Yours sincerely,

Géraldine Gourbe, Philosopher, Paris X University.

Barbara Formis, Philosopher, Paris I-Sorbonne University.
